What is the ISSA Global Summit?
The ISSA Global Summit is a premier online event bringing together fitness professionals, gym owners, coaches, educators, and industry leaders from around the world. Over four days, attendees will gain insights into training, coaching, business growth, leadership, nutrition, recovery, performance, and the future of the fitness industry while earning valuable continuing education credits.
What is the refund policy?
We want your ISSA Global Summit experience to be exceptional. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact partnerships@issaonline.com.
Refund requests received up to 30 days before the event may be eligible for a refund less a processing fee. Within 30 days of the event, registrations are generally non-refundable; however, registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no charge. Please contact our team for assistance.

If I can’t attend live, will the recordings be available?
Yes, recordings are included with general registration. Recordings will be available on demand for six months following the event, allowing you to revisit sessions and catch any presentations you may have missed.
Can I earn CEUs for attending?
Yes. The 2026 ISSA Global Summit is approved for 12 ISSA CEUs, 1.2 ACE CEUs, and 12 ACSM CEUs.

Eligible attendees will receive instructions after the event regarding CEU submission and documentation requirements.

Will I have the opportunity to ask questions?
Absolutely. One of the biggest advantages of attending the ISSA Global Summit is the opportunity to engage directly with industry experts. Many sessions will feature live Q&A segments where you can interact with presenters and get your questions answered in real time.
Throughout the event, attendees may also submit questions via live chat during sessions. Questions and follow-up inquiries will be shared with presenters whenever possible, helping you get the most value from your Summit experience.
How do the sessions work exactly?
All sessions will start promptly at their scheduled time. You may also jump around to other sessions scheduled at the same time.
Breakout sessions will be conducted either live or semi-live. A semi-live session means that the session is pre-recorded, but the speaker is in the virtual room during the session playback answering questions in real time. Many additional sessions throughout the conference are conducted live.
Technical issues: My video quality is choppy and/or pixelated. Why?
The quality of the session playback is tied to your internet connection. Please ensure you are connected via a high-speed connection and do not have other applications running in the background to ensure the highest quality sound and video.
We also highly recommend restarting your computer or device prior to attending the conference.
