What is the MedFit Education Foundation?
The MedFit Education Foundation is 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving the quantity and quality of education for fitness professionals to safely and effectively work with clients with chronic disease, medical conditions and the aging population. The MedFit mission is to create a world where the millions of people with chronic disease, medical conditions & disabilities have access to the same fitness resources as the healthy and fit.
What is the refund policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so anytime before September 30, 2025, for a full refund or transfer your registration to someone else at no charge. If you cancel after September 30, 2025, you will receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 21, 2025. Contact us for details.
Who should attend?
This event is ideal for anyone in the fitness and health industry! Personal trainers and group fitness instructors, physical therapists and healthcare professionals, gym owners and studio operators... anyone interested in medical fitness!
If I can’t attend live, will the recordings be available?
Yes, your registration includes 6 month access to all session recordings. (Excludes Code Blue screening; only available during the live broadcast)
Can I earn CEUs for attending?
Yes, continuing education units (CEUs) may be available for attending the conference. More details on CEU eligibility will be provided on the event website.
Will I have the opportunity to ask questions?
Many sessions will include live Q&A opportunities where you can interact with presenters and ask questions in real time. If your question is not able to be answered during the live presentation, we will pass it along to the presenter to get back to you.
How do the sessions work exactly?
All sessions will start PROMPTLY at their scheduled time. You may jump around to other sessions scheduled at the same time as well.
Technical issues: My video quality of the sessions is choppy and/or pixelated...why?
The quality of the session playback is entirely tied to your internet connection. Please ensure you are connected via a high-speed connection without any other applications running in the background to ensure the highest quality sound and video. We also highly recommend you restart your computer or device prior to attending the conference.
