Ashley Vazquez is a global fitness and franchising executive with a track record of scaling high-growth brands, building operational infrastructure, and driving performance across international markets. With nearly two decades of experience spanning corporate leadership, consulting, and entrepreneurship, she is known for translating complex expansion strategies into executable, results-driven systems.

Ashley currently serves as Vice President of International at [solidcore], where she leads global market expansion through joint ventures, corporate-owned growth, and strategic partnerships. Her work focuses on identifying high-potential markets, structuring scalable entry models, and ensuring operational excellence across regions while protecting brand integrity and unit economics.

Prior to [solidcore], Ashley was the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Studio Grow, a boutique fitness consulting firm operating in over 40 countries. There, she oversaw client lifecycle strategy, retention, and program development, playing a critical role in scaling the company from seven to eight figures. She led the design and execution of multiple coaching programs, including initiatives focused on multi-unit expansion, profitability, and operational standardization, while building systems to track and improve client performance at scale.

Earlier in her career, Ashley spent over a decade with Self Esteem Brands, where she served as Senior Director of International Operations. She was instrumental in expanding the brand into more than 10 new countries and supporting franchise partners across 40+ markets. Her leadership contributed to significant same-store sales growth and top-line revenue increases, while also driving the development of global tools, training programs, and a proprietary app that generated multimillion-dollar annual revenue.

In addition to her corporate work, Ashley is the founder of Until Death Collective, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating Veteran suicide and mental health challenges through community and physical activity. The organization brings together individuals through experiences rooted in movement, resilience, and connection.

Ashley’s leadership style is grounded in clarity, accountability, and a bias toward action. She is known for building high-performing teams, challenging conventional approaches, and operating comfortably at both the strategic and executional levels. Her work consistently centers on one outcome: creating sustainable, scalable growth in complex, multi-market environments.
