Cindy Senk is a passionate yoga practitioner and educator with over 40 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, specializing in working with seniors, those with chronic pain and arthritis. She holds a M.Ed. in Rehabilitation and multiple certifications, including E-RYT 200, YACEP, ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga for Arthritis Teacher, and Certified Accessible Yoga Teacher. For more than 25 years, Cindy has volunteered with the Arthritis Foundation, sharing yoga as a pathway to healing, movement, and inner peace. She is dedicated to making yoga accessible to all, offering both in-person and virtual classes to support individuals on their journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.
