Crystal Johnson serves as the Step Director and Market Specialist at Keiser Corporation, where she applies her extensive background in human performance to advance wellness for individuals of all ages and abilities. In her role, Crystal develops innovative tools, programs, and educational resources designed to elevate the quality of life for residents, staff, and leaders in community wellness centers.
Crystal holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Wyoming and a M.Ed. in Sports Education from Ashland University. As an athlete, Crystal represented Team Canada in the hammer throw for track and field, where she is a former national record holder and champion.
As a Kinesiologist, Crystal worked with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to optimize patient outcomes. She founded and led the Kinesiology department at Seasons Health Therapies in Kamloops, British Columbia, where she specialized in physical assessments and exercise prescriptions for clients recovering from complex traumatic injuries.
These experiences have enriched her insights into coaching, human performance, and holistic wellness. Crystal's commitment to mentoring staff and advancing the field of human performance continues to drive her passion for creating inclusive, evidence-based fitness solutions that promote lifelong well-being.
