Crystal Johnson is a movement educator, strategist, and systems-builder working at the intersection of wellness and performance longevity. She serves as STEP Director and Older Adult Market Specialist at Keiser, leading performance-based wellness frameworks that help communities move beyond generalized programming toward environments that support people to thrive.
With degrees in Exercise Science and Education, and seven years representing Team Canada internationally, Crystal brings both lived experience and evidence-based rigor to her work. Trained as a Kinesiologist, she worked on interdisciplinary teams translating high-performance principles into safe, effective practice for individuals with complex traumatic injuries—shaping how she approaches aging, performance, and system design.
Today, Crystal collaborates with operators, developers, architects, and wellness leaders to embed precision equipment, exercise programming, and measurable outcomes into community life. Her work is guided by the belief that adaptation is possible at any age, and that with the right tools and education, people can continue to participate fully in their lives.
