
Jade was born and raised in New Jersey. Growing up, she spent much of her time surfing and playing sports. In 2012, Jade graduated from Stockton University in Pomona, NJ with a BS in Public Health Education. Shortly after graduating, she married and began moving around the country as a military spouse for the next 13 years. After the birth of her first child, in 2013, Jade became a group fitness instructor for a non-profit called Beauty Hunters, originally located in the KY/TN region. Jade established her own chapter at Ft. Carson in CO in 2014, where she provided daily mother and child fitness classes to military spouses. She continued providing these classes to spouses after moving to Ft. Bragg, NC. Jade volunteered with Beauty Hunters for about four years and had two more children during this time. Jade went on to receive her personal trainer certification, CrossFit Level 1 & 2 Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, and her Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Certification.
Later, Jade received her CSCS and currently works as a contractor for the US Army's Holistic Health & Fitness program (H2F) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Ft. Bragg. Jade works with several individual soldiers as well as whole units as a part of a team that provides fitness and nutrition programs, as well as sports medicine and cognitive speciality services. Attached to the 82nd ADSB, Jade provides daily physical training sessions for the brigade's pregnant and postpartum soldiers, as well as educational seminars for this same population on various related topics. In her free time, Jade continues to enjoy time with her family and trips to the beach as well as her role as part owner of a local gym, Black Flag Athletics, in Fayetteville, NC.
