Strength Coach
Speaker & Author

Growing up, I was obsessed with professional wrestling and competitive sports. Both led me to the weight room—and eventually to a lifelong pursuit of strength.

At 16, I began working nights and weekends at a hardcore gym. I didn’t just train; I lived it—learning directly from lifters far ahead of their time. Over time, I moved from asking questions to programming and training bouncers, powerlifters, and high school athletes.

That passion took me across the United States—from Division I internships to relocating cross-country to train with deadlift world-record holder Garry Frank.
I became the youngest person to bench press 600 lbs raw, won Strongest Man in America (2005), and totaled 2294 lbs at the USPF Mountaineer Cup.

With the right mentors and work ethic, I went on to coach at Metroflex Gym (Arlington, TX), training Olympia bodybuilders, elite strength athletes, Division I football players, professional baseball players, and high-level tactical operators.

To reach a global audience, I built a successful online coaching platform, authored over a dozen Amazon best-selling books, created certification courses for ISSA, and have delivered seminars worldwide on strength, performance, and mindset.
