
Michael Caulo, NBC-HWC, is a board-certified health and wellness coach, martial artist, and founder of Lifestyle of Fitness (LOF), a coaching and education platform focused on helping individuals build sustainable health through movement, nutrition, and lifestyle design.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (Biology, Sociology, and Business) from Stony Brook University and an Associate of Science in Exercise Science from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
Combining over two decades of martial arts and performance training with evidence-based health coaching, Michael helps clients develop resilience, discipline, and long-term behavior change. His work focuses on integrating movement training, coaching psychology, and lifestyle systems to improve physical performance, mental focus, and overall quality of life.
