With a strong foundation in both clinical and community health, Nancy Griffin has dedicated her career to improving quality of life through evidence-based exercise interventions. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and brings over a decade of experience in the medical fitness field. Nancy holds advanced certifications in areas such as Senior Health and Fitness, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Women’s Health & Exercise with Cancer, and is credentialed through the ACSM in the Exercise is Medicine® initiative. 

She currently serves as Fitness Services Supervisor at Elliot Hospital, and as an adjunct instructor at Manchester Community College, where she teaches classes in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. She previously worked at Monadnock Community Hospital as Director of Wellness, developing programs for senior populations in a rural setting.
