
Robyn Kade is the CEO, President, and Program Director of the Stress Management Institute for Health and Fitness Professionals and the creator of Aurivian360™, the first electronic health record designed specifically for the medical fitness industry, and AurivianRx™, the first medical fitness app. She also leads the SMI Business Institute, Zenlio, a hybrid medical‑fitness professional platform, and the Stress Management Institute Wellness Center and Clinic, opening in 2026.
Robyn is the co‑host of Healing in Harmony: The Mind‑Body Connection podcast with psychologist Dr. Angello Puig and clinical neuropsychologist Dr. Mark Rader. She is recognized as a Practitioner and Fellow of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), where the Stress Management Institute is also recognized as a college, and was a runner‑up for the CMA Fellow Award in 2025.
Robyn recently expanded her 2026 curriculum to include the Chronic Disease Health and Wellness Coach Certification, complementing her established Mind/Body Fitness Practitioner programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Fitness Management and a Master’s degree in Wellness and Lifestyle Management, along with a Certificate of Graduate Study in Health and Wellness Coaching from Virtua Health College. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and maintains credentials as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise.
Her additional credentials include: Exercise Program Leader (Aquatic Exercise Association, Arthritis Foundation), Exercise Is Medicine (ACSM), PTSD certification (Kew Training Academy), Compassion Fatigue Resiliency and Recovery Educator, Nutrition Educator (National Nutrition Program), Essential Oil Specialist (doTerra), and American Parkinson’s Association Certified Personal Trainer.
With 25 years in medical‑based fitness, Robyn has served in hospitals, community health centers, and academic institutions, including Rowan University and Camden County College. She is widely recognized for her work with special populations and her leadership in advancing the medical fitness profession.
