Founder & CEO
Stronger U

Ryder Fox, MS (they/them) is a trauma-informed wellness coach, educator, and systems strategist with nearly 30 years of experience supporting vulnerable populations. They specialize in helping practitioners develop sustainable, long-term strategies for supporting clients who live with complex chronic conditions—especially those navigating trauma histories, flare cycles, and periods of crisis. Since founding Stronger U, Ryder has had the rare privilege of coaching some of their clients continuously for nearly two decades.

Ryder brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a neurodivergent, nonbinary person living with chronic physical and mental health conditions. Over their career, they have logged more than 60,000 coaching hours, personally mentored hundreds of practitioners, and trained thousands of care workers and non-carceral practitioners internationally. Their work centers client autonomy, trauma-informed care, and relational approaches that support long-term resilience and wellbeing.

Ryder is also the founder and president of THRIVE Lifeline, a nonprofit providing identity-affirming crisis and peer support to multiply marginalized communities. Across all their work, Ryder is committed to helping professionals build care relationships that sustain clients through the realities of long-term health challenges—not just short-term outcomes.
