Sabrena Jo, Ph.D

Sabrena Jo, Ph.D. is the Senior Director of Science and Education at ACE, where she leads content development and research initiatives that support exercise professionals and health coaches. With decades of experience in fitness and health education, Sabrena has worked in academic and community settings to help people get and stay active. She holds a Ph.D. in the Psychology of Health and Physical Activity and multiple ACE certifications. Passionate about movement, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and pets.
