Shelly Spale-Cutler is the founder of Strong 4 Body & Mind and a health and wellness educator who helps people build strength, mobility, and resilience that supports everyday life.

Shelly is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, Diabetes Prevention Coach, and Cancer Exercise Specialist. She brings a well-rounded perspective to health and fitness by combining movement, behavior change, and mindset strategies that help people create sustainable habits.

Through her work, Shelly teaches individuals how to move better, feel stronger, and manage stress through practical, approachable strategies that fit into busy lives. She works with clients in both individual coaching and group settings, and she regularly teaches fitness classes and also delivers educational workshops on resilience, mobility, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Shelly’s presentations blend evidence-based information with relatable stories and practical tools participants can use immediately. Her sessions are interactive, encouraging audiences to reflect on their own experiences while learning simple strategies that support both physical and mental well-being.
