Suzelle Snowden

Suzelle Snowden is the CEO of Fit Bodies, Inc., a company she has owned and led for over 34 years. Her journey in the fitness world began in 1986 when she became a certified aerobics instructor, driven by a passion for how movement could enhance people’s lives. In 1992, during a vacation in Jamaica, Suzelle recognized a gap in resort offerings—many lacked structured fitness programs and qualified instructors. This insight sparked the creation of Fit Bodies, Inc., founded with the mission to connect wellness professionals with resort destinations around the world. What began as a small initiative quickly grew into a global force in the wellness travel industry, transforming the way fitness and travel intersect.
