Theresa Alini

Theresa Alini has been in the fitness industry since 1989, training clients and fitness professionals throughout the United States in Boxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, Seniors, and more. Her years of education and love for the sport of boxing have given her the opportunity to work with fitness enthusiasts, competitors, children, and Seniors. She has certified thousands in the fitness industry through ISCA/Promise enterprises. 

Her new company, UNLEASH’d Fitness, has provided inspiring workouts for all levels. Her latest works in progress, "Fit Pro Academy" and "Senior Fit," will be launching in January 2026. Theresa believes in form first, and her mission is to empower, encourage, and UNLEASH one’s spirit through the art of teaching.
