Matt Boyer, MS, is a master instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine® (NASM). He is the owner of Move Bloomington, a fitness and athletic performance facility in Bloomington, Indiana and works as adjunct faculty at Indiana University.

Matt holds a master’s degree in exercise science and health promotion with an emphasis in rehabilitation sciences from PennWest and a license in massage therapy.
