This session will take an honest look at how to weave the right mixture of power, strength, speed and dynamic work to balance hormone levels, performance and getting lean. Three key learning objectives will be:
- Identify and Learn the weekly programming prescription to increase the power to weight ratio of anyone looking to be as strong as possible but as lean as possible.
- Gain understanding of the best movements and exercises to help your body look good and perform at a high level.
- Learn insight into a unique and innovative way to train with a weekly Training Matrix.
