In this session Robert will take you through the strategies used behind the design of training older adults in small groups with the specific intention of overcoming Sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass and function).
This will start with a group assessment, warm up, resistance training work window blocks, finishers and some discussion on volume and exercise selection. The intention of this presentation is to inform the viewer on how training older adults can be done successfully in small groups with the proper plan and implementation.
