In this session we bridge the gap bringing a functional approach to Pilates while embracing the principles of control. Classical Pilates is primarily flexion which causes dysfunction in the spine by over utilizing the hip flexors in most exercises, You will experience a vertical technique that is applicable for all other activities, and ages. By using small equipment  that simulates apparatus your class is taken to an entirely new approach.
