What do you do when an exercise becomes too easy for your client? Raise the weight? Add more reps? What else? Did you know that you have at least a dozen ways to vary an exercise?
In this workshop you can expect to face palm yourself a few times, asking, "How did I not already know this?" We will look at basic movements like the squat and pushup and tailor the variables to each of your clients so that you will never get locked into the same mundane routine for everybody you train.
