In this session, Robert will walk you through his three key strategies to living a longer and stronger life as we age. First is an in-depth look into a very specific style of resistance training, second is the implementation of rucking on the non-lifting days, and the third focuses on recovery and reducing the risk of injury, as injuries simply become harder to overcome as we age. This is an all-inclusive discussion regarding the adaptation of resistance into our daily lives and how much it benefits us to do so.
