In this session, you'll learn:
- Persona Development: Deliberately thinking of the people you want to attract to your business and marketing specifically to them and what that means regarding branding, logo, etc.
- Attention to detail regarding your current clients and participants
- What is going on their day TODAY and how that shapes the experience
- Scenario Development: How considerations such as space, other people around you, available materials/equipment, communication skills, body language, and more affect the experience.
