This workout is a circuit bodyweight training program rooted in NASM’s OPT model. Beginning with an awesome warm-up, we will work our way through core, balance, plyometrics, speed, agility, quickness (SAQ), and resistance training.

Resistance training will include some non-traditional bodyweight exercises that will challenge the fittest fit pro. We will conclude with a cool-down to send you on your way to enjoying the rest of SUCCEED! feeling exceptional!
