James Westphal, MS, NB-HWC
As an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University, James authored the Strength &Conditioning curriculum, now a capstone course in the Health & Human Performance program. He has also taught lab courses in the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Methodist College. James uses a client-centered, holistic approach that blends behavior-change psychology with practical coaching. He creates a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can make small, sustainable changes—believing that “lasting progress comes from getting 1% better each day.”
