Alright trainers, let's talk about optimizing skipping, a form of sprint training for our mature clients. I'm a Gerontologist, a sprint coach and a current sprint medal winner at the Huntsman World Senior Games.

Paul Holbrook
Paul earned his master’s degree in gerontology from the Fischer Institute for Wellness at Ball State University. He interned at the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University under the direction of Dr. Maria Fiatrone and Dr. Miriam Nelson, where he studied the social and psychological aspects of aging in relation to health.
