Alright trainers, let's talk about optimizing skipping, a form of sprint training for our mature clients. I'm a Gerontologist, a sprint coach and a current sprint medal winner at the Huntsman World Senior Games.

I've designed this workshop to equip you with the tools to safely and effectively integrate sprint work into your older adult programming. We'll dive deep into techniques that maximize power output while mitigating risk, focusing on improving balance and enhancing overall functional fitness.

In this workshop, you'll learn to:

  • Design safe and effective skip training for mature clients
  • Master skip and sprint drills to enhance strength and agility
  • Discover how skipping boosts cardio, muscle strength, and balance
